Dr. Dharmesh Barot

Practice Owner and Principal Dentist With a Special Interest in Invisalign and Dental Implants

Dr Barot graduated from Kings College London with a BDS Honours, being awarded multiple School Prizes, Distinctions, Merits and Scholarships along the way. His education culminated in being awarded the University of London’s Gold Medal Award; awarded to the best academic and clinical Dentist in the whole of London that year. Since then he has also carried out at certificate in Implant Dentistry and is keen to start his Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.

His enthusiasm for all aspects of dentistry and his keen interest in furthering his education led to Dr Barot achieving membership to both the faculty of dental surgeons (MJDF) and the joint dental faculty (MJDF) of the Royal College of surgeons in England (RCS ENG). Wanting to share his passion with dentistry Dr Barot became a foundation dentist trainer in 2009 and since then he has been teaching and aiding in the development of newly graduate dentists. The desire to develop others led to him to undertake various coaching and mentoring courses as well as getting a Distinction in his Postgraduate Certificate in Medical and Dental Education.

Dr. Rajit Singh Panesar

Practice Owner and Principal Dentist

Dr Panesar trained at the prestigious Guys Hospital and qualified from Kings College London with multiple distinctions. Keen to further his development he then went on to achieve Membership of the Joint Dental Faculty (MJDF) of the Royal College of Surgeons in England (RCS Eng).

Dr Panesar worked in both Private and Mixed NHS general practices in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Central London, as well as in a number of hospitals in Central London in different Dental sectors including Oral Surgery, Restorative Dentistry, Paediatric Dentistry and in Acute Dental Care. He has gained a huge wealth of experience that has allowed him to consistently provide successful predictable dentistry. With all this experience Dr Panesar was keen to help in the development of other dentists and attended a number of coaching and mentoring courses. He has also gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental and Medical Education from Oxford Brookes University and has been selected by Thames Valley Education England to teach and train other dentists for several years. Dr Panesar is a dental practice advisor for Simply Health Professionals and also a committee member for the British Dental Association Windsor section, helping to arrange continued development for dentists in the area.

Dr Panesar has a healthy passion for dentistry and has excelled in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He focuses on providing exceptional patient care in a relaxed environment and has a keen interest in maintaining teeth with root canal treatment and restoring them with tooth like restorations. Dr Panesar is also a certified Invisalign provider, helping to improve a patients aesthetics so they can smile with confidence.

In his spare time, he organises and attends charity ‘Dental camps’ in deprived regions of the world, helping those less fortunate. Dr Panesar is a keen sportsman and plays a variety of sports including tennis and football.

Dr. Haroon Khan

Associate Dentist With a Special Interest in Orthodontics

Dr Haroon Khan graduated from Guy’s, Kings and St Thomas’ school of Dentistry. He has worked in numerous positions in both general practice and hospital placements to further enhance his skills. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has particular interests in both Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. Alongside his role at Sunningdale he works in a specialist Orthodontic practice in London where he has been for 10 years. Over this period he obtained an MSc in Orthodontics from Warwick University to further his orthodontics skills and knowledge. Completing a year long placement as an Senior House Officer at Northwick Park Hospital in Harrow also allowed him to develop his Oral Surgery skills.  

Outside of dentistry he follows several sports with a particular interest in football, which he enjoys playing on a regular basis. In his spare time he also undertakes several D.I.Y projects around the home.

Dr. Omesh Modgill

Specialist Oral Surgeon

Omesh qualified in 2011 from the University of Bristol Dental Hospital. Following completion of Vocational Training, he gained further surgical experience in his roles as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Core Trainee and Oral Surgery Specialty Doctor in both the North-West and London. Subsequently he commenced and successfully completed oral surgery specialty training at Kings and Guys Hospital London and is now recognised by the General Dental Council as a Specialist Oral Surgeon.

Alongside his clinical work, Omesh has also successfully completed the qualification in the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) and Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education. He has presented regionally, nationally and internationally on a range of oral surgery related topics whilst also publishing in several peer reviewed papers.

Omesh is committed to delivering a high standard of surgical treatment and providing treatment in a painless and timely manner. He is an advocate of holistic care, taking time to understand his patients needs prior to them attending for treatment whilst also proactively conducting post-operative follow-up. He endeavours to perform treatment in a calm and relaxed environment and is always happy to discuss your treatment needs at great length in order to facilitate the highest standard of care for all patients.

Omesh welcomes your referrals for patients requiring non-surgical and surgical tooth extractions including third molar surgery. Building partnerships with referring dentists is key to his approach to ensure that the care he provides is considered an extension of your own. Dr. Yousaf Syed Hussain

Dr Syed Yousaf Hussain graduated as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the world renowned dental institute of Kings College London. He completed his undergraduate training amongst some of the leading minds in Dentistry and has since gone on to partake in postgraduate training to refine his craft and further his interest in rehabilitative dentistry. Over the last half a decade Dr Yousaf has delivered clinical dentistry at Guys & St’ Thomas hospitals in the heart of London as well as in the Coastal city of Portsmouth at the UPD Academy. During this time he trained in special care & sedation dentistry and is particularly skilled in management of nervous patients.

Dr Yousaf is a delegate for a Postgraduate Diploma programme in both Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry as well as Dental Implantology led by a prestigious faculty of international dentists and dental specialists. Outside of dentistry Dr Yousaf is a member of the Identity School of Acting where he study’s the art of both on screen and stage performance. Dr Yousaf enjoys recreating and capturing life through his art, canvas paintings and photography. Dr Yousaf enjoys watching detective movies and solving puzzles, rest assured he’ll get to the cause of any of your problems. He is big on health and fitness and will regularly participate in strength and endurance challenges for charity. Alongside his friends he has been able to raise thousands of pounds for organisations supporting mental health.

Dr. Justin Underwood

Associate Dentist With a Special Interest in Endodontics (pending application to be on the GDC Specialist List)

Justin graduated from Cardiff University with Honours where he intercalated and presented his dental research at the International Association of Dental Research (IADR) congress.

Justin holds a postgraduate diploma in endodontics in addition to completing 4-year specialist endodontic training at Kings College London, where he qualified with distinction and was awarded the Pitt-Ford prize. During this time, he was a clinical teacher and lecturer with the dental undergraduates.

Furthermore, Justin holds specialty Membership in Endodontics with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (M Endo RCS) which is recognised as the highest qualification in the field.

In 2020, Justin was a finalist for the Dental Awards in the category Best Young Dentist.

Justin is passionate about his work and enjoys the technical precision involved endodontics and endodontic surgery and endeavours to provide pain-free, comfortable treatment in a relaxed manner. Justin accepts referrals for all endodontic procedures, including cases with complex anatomy and those which have been previously treated and failed.

Justin is a member of the British Endodontic Society.

Dr. Harsimran Sall

Associate Dentist

Dr Sall qualified from Barts and the London School of Dentistry. Since completing her vocational training in Berkshire, Dr Sall went on to develop her surgical dental techniques working in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, during which time she completed her Membership of the Joint Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons in England.

She provides treatments in aesthetic, surgical and restorative dentistry, some of which include implants, veneers, crowns, composite fillings and clear aligner orthodontic treatment, such as Invisalign. She has gone on to develop her interests and skills in aesthetic, surgical and restorative dentistry, completing postgraduate training in these fields. Dr Sall works well with anxious patients as she appreciates that coming to the Dentist can be a little scary but she will ensure that you receive the treatment that you require in a comfortable manner.

Outside of Dentistry, Dr Sall has a keen interest in travel, reading and baking.

Dr. Ashkan Sharifi

Specialist Periodontist

Ashkan graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2011 and has since gained extensive experience in both hospital and private practice, performing a range of surgical and restorative procedures.

This diverse background has shaped his holistic approach to patient care. Driven by a passion for implants and periodontology, he further honed his expertise through a three-year specialty program at the Royal London Dental Hospital, where he specialised in complex gum conditions and dental implant procedures, including bone grafting and soft tissue grafting. Ashkan has contributed to the field of implants and periodontology through research, award winning conference presentations, and published work with the Royal College of Surgeons.

Known for his attention to detail and approachable manner, Ashkan works as a visiting clinician across multiple practices, utilising the latest materials and technology to deliver precise, high-quality outcomes for patients.

Dr. Sunil Kandola

Associate Dentist

Dr Sunil graduated from Barts and the London dental school in 2018. Receiving an award for his in-depth knowledge in paediatric oral health during his studies.

Since graduating Sunil has worked primarily in Hampshire across various NHS/mixed dental practices. In addition, he gained invaluable surgical experience whilst working as a Senior House Officer in Portsmouth in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department. He has recently been awarded a post-graduate certificate for undertaking further training in Aesthetic and Restorative dentistry.

Dr Kandola is constantly refining his skills as a general practitioner whilst acquiring new techniques to deliver an optimum quality of care to his patients. Above all else he strives to create a safe space where his patients can feel relaxed and trust that he will care for them.

In his spare time Sunil plays volleyball competitively and is an avid snowboarder. He also enjoys his gym workouts and is a big fan of F1 and anime/Disney.

Dr. Chantal Burgess

Dr Chantal qualified as a Dentist with honours in 2016 having originally graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2012 with honours as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist where she was awarded ‘The Highest Marks in Finals’ and ‘The Highest Marks in Restorative Dentistry’. After a successful vocational training year in Bristol, working in one of the largest single-site practices in the United Kingdom, Dr Chantal undertook secondary care Dental Core Training (DCT) in London. Here, she completed two years as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Northwick Park Hospital and The Royal London Hospital. During this further training, she honed her oral surgery skills, performing extractions of complicated wisdom teeth and surgically removing retained roots. As a Dentist with Enhanced Skills in Oral Surgery, she divides her week between Oral Surgery and General Dentistry.

NHS England and NHS Improvement (London) have recognised her oral surgery skills and accredit her to perform Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery (IMOS) Level 2 in primary care, emphasising the breadth of her experience, qualifications, and experience across the private and NHS industries. She also works as an Associate Specialist in Oral Surgery at the prestigious Chelsea & West Minister Hospitals. To compliment her Oral Surgery background, Dr Chantal also places dental implants. She gained he Certificate in Implant Dentistry at the University of Sheffield.

Whilst working in London, Dr Chantal attained the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow. She also completed her Botulinum Toxin training at the London School of Facial Aesthetics and so is qualified in providing anti-wrinkle injections. Her patients love her thorough and natural approach when treating their fine lines and so has a loyal following ranging from patients wanting ‘baby botox’ as a method of wrinkle prevention to patients wanting deeper set lines softened or eradicated.

Dr Chantal also enjoys working as a General Dentist providing general, restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She routinely creates aesthetic, natural smiles through an ‘ABC’ approach - align, bleach and contour. Her smile transformations often begin with aligning the teeth with Invisalign® invisible braces combined with a whitening treatment. If necessary, composite bonding is then performed to improve the shape and contour of her patients’ teeth. This achieves a sustainable smile and that her patients are proud to show off.

Through her education and career progression to date, she has demonstrated her hard-working ethos and dedication to her dental career. Patient testimonials reflect her friendly, personable nature and professionalism.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends exploring various cuisines. Her passion for food is combatted by undertaking a range of sporting activities which include strength & conditioning training and netball. Dr Chantal captains her netball team at Putney Netball Club who play competitive netball in Surrey & Kingston netball leagues.

Dr. Brinder Singh Shergill

Dr. Shergill is a dedicated and patient-focused dentist with a special interest in Implant Dentistry. He is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care tailored to each patient's unique needs. After completing his BSc (Hons) at the University of London, Royal Holloway, Dr. Shergill went on to pursue his BDS degree from the University of Glasgow. With a strong passion for restorative and Implant Dentistry, he further advanced his expertise by completing an internationally recognised Dental Implant Certificate Course and an international Master’s in Science in Implant Dentistry from Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid.

Dr. Shergill takes a holistic approach to dentistry, ensuring that he considers the overall well-being of each patient while delivering personalized treatments. His services range from routine cleanings and teeth alignment to more advanced procedures such as implant restorations. A passionate advocate for patient education, he helps his patients achieve natural-looking, harmonious, and functional smiles.

Dr. Gurpreet Singh Sachdeva

Dr Gurpreet Sachdeva qualified from King’s College London in 2019 and has since cultivated a diverse and progressive approach to dental care. He has undertaken advanced education in a range of disciplines, including restorative techniques, root canal therapy, and orthodontic planning, through a specialised diploma in Aesthetic and Operative Dentistry.

Gurpreet has a thoughtful and reassuring style, which makes him particularly well-suited to individuals who feel uneasy in the dental chair. Catherine Sharpling

Catherine graduated with first-class honours in Dental Therapy and Hygiene from King’s College London and has since completed an additional training year. She brings experience from both NHS and private practices, providing dental treatments for children and adults.

Catherine offers a range of services including gentle hygiene treatments, high-quality aesthetic fillings and tooth whitening, to improve your smile discreetly. She is dedicated to making your dental experience comfortable and stress-free.

Outside the clinic, Catherine enjoys the great outdoors and is currently renovating a new home. Her friendly and compassionate approach ensures that every visit is pleasant and effective.

Jasleen Kapoor

Hygienist

Jasleen earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India in 2014, gaining extensive experience working in both government and private hospitals for 5 years. During her time in India, she organized numerous charitable dental camps, for which she received two prestigious awards from regional government authorities for her dedication to community service. To further enhance her expertise in healthcare leadership, she pursued a Master’s in Health Service Management at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK in 2021 and worked at Kingston Hospital NHS Trust Foundation. In 2023, she became a GDC registered dental care professional (GDC No. 308014) as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist.

Beyond her professional journey, Jasleen is a philanthropist, an avid dancer, and a devoted animal lover who has adopted several rescued animals across the world, including elephants and bears, alongside her deep adoration for dogs. She also enjoys cooking, cherishes spending quality time with family and friends, and loves playing with kids.

Becky Joel

Practice Manager The Elms, Sunningdale and Ascot Dental Practice

Becky has always been keen to help people in need and prides herself in being a very happy and positive person. She enjoys working as part of a team and to ensure that all runs as smoothly as possible. Becky’s aim is to go above and beyond for all our patients and to ensure that every patient has a pleasant experience at our practices.

Becky qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 and joined our team in 2015 where she worked as a Head nurse before becoming Practice Manager.

In her spare time, Becky is kept busy by her little boy, Archie who was born in 2024, she also enjoys walks with her family and loves a spa day.

Morgan-Louise Fortin

Morgan-Louise Fortin is a dedicated and enthusiastic team member who is always eager to help others and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. She thrives in a collaborative environment, working tirelessly to ensure smooth operations across all of our practices. Morgan is passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients and strives to ensure everyone has a welcoming and enjoyable experience when visiting.

Morgan began her career with us in 2021 as a Trainee Dental Nurse, quickly demonstrating her commitment and skill. She was promoted to Head Dental Nurse at our Elms Dental Practice, where she excelled in leadership and patient care. In 2023, her hard work and dedication were recognised with a promotion to Assistant Manager, overseeing all three of our practices.

Outside of work, Morgan-Louise enjoys reading, listening to music, and socialising with friends. She has a love for organisation and takes great pleasure in creating structure, whether it’s through her beloved Excel spreadsheets or her well curated pencil case.
